Citrus fruits are acidic fruits that aid in detoxifying the body. They are a great source of vitamin C and and many other nutrients that are essential to the human body. These fruits are known for their strong flavor and aroma. Citrus fruits and their essences are used in a variety of products. It is a popular fragrance for cleaning products.

Acid is healthy and a nutritional part of citrus fruits, but the acidity in citrus fruits can cause difficulty with consumption and digestion.
